The CRM Therapy Club unofficially started with a few CRM enthusiasts (and sufferers) from different companies meeting to figure out how to use Salesforce Agentforce together when it first arrived. We’d book an hour to swap ideas, celebrate wins, and avoid expensive mistakes. The meetings always ran over.
We quickly realised that sharing solutions saved developer time, avoided unnecessary consultancy costs, and made all of our CRM platforms a little better.
As they say, a problem shared is a problem halved.
A few years later, Amy from Obsonator decided to open the doors and turn it into a monthly meetup for anyone working with CRM. Accelerated Growth Lab kindly keeps everyone hydrated (thanks, Andrei!).
