Short version: we collect just enough to invite you to meetups, we store it in our email tool, we never sell it, and you can leave anytime with one click.
This list is run by the organisers of The CRM Therapy Club. For any data question, email amy@obsonator.com.
The details you type into the signup form: your first name, last name and email address (required), and optionally your role, city and company. We also record that you gave consent, and when.
We use it for one thing: to email you about upcoming meetups. The legal basis is your consent, given via the checkbox on the form. We don't use it for anything else and we don't sell or share it with vendors.
In our email platform, Buttondown, which sends our emails and stores the list on our behalf.
Until you ask us to delete it, or two years have passed since we heard from you. If the club winds down, we delete the list.
You can unsubscribe with one click from any email we send. You can also ask us to show you, correct, or delete your data — just email amy@obsonator.com. Under GDPR you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
